✅ Eligible Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product is damaged upon arrival

• The product is defective or not working properly

• You received the wrong item

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

• Product damaged due to misuse or improper handling

• Items returned without original packaging

• Products that show clear signs of use

🔁 Return Process

• Contact our support team with your order details and product images

• Our team will review and confirm eligibility

• Once approved, we will arrange return instructions

💳 Refunds

• Refunds are processed after product inspection

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via:

  • Bank transfer, or

  • Store credit (based on customer preference)

📌 Important Notes

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

• TinyJoy reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions
